A DAY-OF COORDINATION SERVICE
For the cost savvy client who wants to plan their own wedding,
and have an on-site coordinator manage the rehearsal and wedding day so they can relax and party!
Clients are given our proprietary wedding planning resources we use to plan all of our Alaskan events. A month before the big day, clients hand over their well laid plans to their coordinator who triple confirms all of the day-of details, runs the rehearsal, and manages the big day to ensure an easy breezy wedding full of fun.

How it Works
INITIAL CONSULT
We meet and catch up on where you are in the process, we troubleshoot any issues, get to know you, build your timeline, and make personal recommendations based on your personality, style and budget
WELCOME PACKET
We send over all of our proprietary resources we use for our planning clients, to ensure you plan a wedding yourself and nothing is missed
FINAL CONSULT
About one month from your wedding, you hand over your well laid plans and we get to work! We reconcile all of your plans, and triple check all of the details.
We distribute a timeline to vendors and a wedding party timeline to key family and wedding party.
REHEARSAL & WEDDING DAY
We manage your rehearsal, then on the wedding day we are the first to arrive and the last to leave. We check in vendors, oversee deliveries, coordinate timing with vendors, wedding party, couple and key people.
We are there on on site to care for your guests, attend to you, and ensure you are able to relax and be present on this important day!
