Joyful Wedding Celebration on Wasilla Lake

Every once in a while, a wedding comes along that feels like pure magic from beginning to end. Vivian and Matthew’s celebration was exactly that—an unforgettable multi-day affair that blended vibrant Hindu traditions and a heartfelt Christian ceremony, all set against the serene beauty of Wasilla Lake.

Friends and family traveled from all over the world to witness this union, and from the very first event, the joy was palpable. Our team had the honor of planning and coordinating two separate and very unique days, starting with the Hindu celebration. This was a day overflowing with bright pops of color—fabrics, fruits, and décor that shimmered in the summer light on the lawn. With the lake glistening and the mountains rising in the background, it felt as though nature itself was celebrating alongside us.

Working with Vivian and Matthew was an absolute pleasure. They are two of the kindest, most genuine people, and being a part of their wedding journey was a gift I will always treasure. To this day, their wedding remains one of my favorites—a beautiful example of how love can be celebrated in many ways, across cultures, and with so much heart.

The following day, the couple exchanged vows again in a Christian ceremony, followed by a warm and intimate reception. True to who they are, Vivian and Matthew chose a small gathering with only their closest loved ones, allowing every guest to truly feel a part of the celebration. It was a weekend full of laughter, heartfelt traditions, and the kind of joy that lingers long after the last song fades.
